Each traveler has to pay $199.00 per adult and $124.00 per child (ages 4-11). The Anywhere Anytime France™ includes one trip per traveler. - How do I access my account?
In order to redeem your trips you must first register your online account. A link is provided with your order confirmation e-mail.

The Anywhere Anytime France™ online account must be activated within 6 months from the time of purchase. Once activated, travelers will have 6 months to begin taking their trips. All trips must be taken within 1 month from the first train departure on the account. - What is my online account and what do I need to gain access?
With the Anywhere Anytime France™ you gain access to an online account dedicated to your trips. Here you can view your itinerary, schedule trips, cancel trips and even purchase additional trips etc. With your online account you have ultimate control of your rail travel itinerary.My Account can be accessed through your Web Invoice by clicking on the red button with the wording "Click Here to Create Your Account." A registration link is also provided in your email invoice that is sent after your Anywhere Anytime France™ purchase.
The information needed to register is: a working email address, date of birth, last four digits of your (and all other travelers on the account) passport number.
Once registered, you will be able to see a complete overview of your online account.
- Why do I have to provide my Date of Birth and Passport information during my registration process?
This is a security procedure/device to make sure that the booked traveler is taking the trip. - Can multiple users access my account?
No, there is only one account and login, which can be shared among the travelers. However, each registered traveler can receive the trip confirmations and account updates if they provide their e-mail address during registration. - What if I forget my password or account login?
A password can be reset on the login screen at any time. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your new temporary password within a few minutes. - Is my credit card information secure with my account?
Yes, our website is secured with VeriSign Secured. Clicking on the symbol will provide you with further information about our site security. - Is the e-mail confirmation my e-ticket?
No, your e-mail provides you with all the information to print your e-ticket at the Self Service kiosk in the train station. Your e-ticket is just like an airline e-ticket; simply print your e-ticket at the train station prior to boarding the train. It is a user-friendly, hassle-free experience. - What class do I travel in with Anywhere Anytime France
All trips are in 1st class, which includes the following: - Spacious and relaxing atmosphere

- Which browsers are compatible with Anywhere Anytime France™?
Anywhere Anytime France™ is compatible with most web browsers except Safari. Safari does not display the online account properly, however scheduling and managing trips is not affected. - I am in Europe and I cannot get access to the Internet, do I call Customer Support?
Yes, please call 847-916-1028 and will need your Booking Reference # in order to proceed to an agent. - Where can I call if I have a question, and will they speak English?
Please call 847-916-1028 if you should have any questions. Our Travel Consultants all speak English and are available Monday to Friday 9 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard Time. - I used one trip, but will not be able to take the rest of the trips. How do I proceed?
Once a trip has been issued / printed, the Anywhere Anytime France™ is not refundable. - I need a refund on Anywhere Anytime France™. What do I do?
The Anywhere Anytime France™ is 85% refundable as long as no trips have been issued / printed. To request a refund, please send an e-mail to aaf@raileurope.com with your booking number and advise that you are requesting a refund.Please make sure that all of your trips that are scheduled are cancelled. Any trips that have been scheduled and not cancelled prior to the train departure date, will be considered issued / printed. In this case, the Anywhere Anytime France™ will not be refundable.
- Is there a meal or refreshments with a 1st class ticket with this product?
Meals/refreshments are not included with the Anywhere Anytime France™. However, you can purchase meals, snacks and beverages on the bar car. - How will I know where I am sitting?
Seat numbers are automatically assigned when reservations are confirmed. The coach and seat # will be printed on your e-ticket that will be issued locally at the self service kiosk. - Do I need any personal identification items?
Yes, you will need your passport. The conductor will verify your e-ticket with your passport. - What e-ticket should I show the conductor on the train?
You show the e-ticket you printed from the Self Service Kiosk. - What do I need in order to retrieve my e-ticket?
We recommend that you print out your e-mail confirmation and bring it with you to the station. All the information that you will need is printed on your confirmation e-mail. - How do I retrieve my e-tickets at the train station?
Please proceed to the self service kiosks at the station. To begin, touch the Welcome ScreenFor English, please select the British flag
Select, "File and Electronic Ticket withdrawal" to proceed. Next, select “Withdrawal with a file reference number”.
Enter your Confirmation code at the prompt for "ticket file number" and select “confirm.” Your Confirmation code is provided in your trip confirmation e-mail.
Enter the traveler's name at the prompt and select "confirm".
Review displayed trip and select “Collect the chosen journey”. Wait for tickets to be printed and retrieve from the kiosk.
Prior to boarding your train, you must validate (compostere) your ticket. Compostere machines are located in the station near the tracks.
- What if my station does not have a self-service e-ticket machine
In this instance, the ticket office at the station will provide further assistance. - Can I change my trip at the Self-Service Kiosks?
No, changes can only take place through your online account. The Self-Service Kiosks are only for printing your e-tickets. - How do I know what my Confirmation Code is?
Your confirmation code is included in trip confirmation and trip Reminder e-mails. It is also shown under the itinerary for each trip. - Will the French Holidays affect my trips?
Many Europeans travel by train during major French holidays. Trains are very much in demand and availability may be limited during the holiday period. Please plan in advance if you are planning on traveling during these holiday periods. The following days are holidays:Jan 1, Mar 24, May 1/8/12, July 14, Aug 15, Nov 1/11, Dec 25
- I am traveling with multiple Travelers. Which e-mail address does my reservation go to?
Each traveler can add their own e-mail in the registration process. E-mails will be sent to the travelers on that itinerary who have provided an e-mail address. - I did not receive my confirmation email when I purchased my Anywhere Anytime France?
We recommend checking your Spam folder. Depending on your email carrier the confirmation email may have gone to your Spam folder by mistake. Please add AAF@raileurope.com to your address book to ensure delivery of your confirmation email to your inbox. - What makes Anywhere Anytime France™ different from other train products?

Since everything is done online, you don’t have to wait for paper tickets to be issued and shipped, you don’t have to pay for ticket shipping, and you can cancel a trip with a click of a mouse and rebook a new trip at your convenience. - How many travelers can I have on my account?
You can have up to nine travelers on your account. - Can I add more travelers at a later time?
Yes, travelers can be added after the initial registration. However, the new traveler’s time limit to complete travel must match the original time limit on the account. For example, if the original account already started their one month period, then the new traveler would have the same remaining time frame to travel. All travelers must complete their travel within the one month period from the first train departure date. - Do all the registered travelers have to travel together or can they travel on their own to other cities?
Travelers do not have to travel together. As long as the travelers are registered, they can travel anywhere anytime. However all trips must be used within 1 month from when the 1st e-ticket is issued / printed. - How do I count my trips?
Each time one traveler travels it counts as one trip. For example, if a couple is traveling together one-way from Paris to Avignon, then that counts as two trips, since each traveler used a trip. (Note: A trip can consist of up to two train changes as long as the trip is a continuous journey.) - Can I book my additional e-tickets in Europe?
The Anywhere Anytime France™ trips can be purchased anywhere at anytime. All you need is Internet access in order to log on to your online account. - How many trips can I take with Anywhere Anytime France™?
There is no limit to the number of trips taken with Anywhere Anytime France™.
One-way flexible tickets typically cost over $200.
