I need a refund on Anywhere Anytime France™. What do I do?
The Anywhere Anytime France™ is 85% refundable as long as no trips have been issued / printed. To request a refund, please send an e-mail to aaf@raileurope.com with your booking number and advise that you are requesting a refund.
Please make sure that all of your trips that are scheduled are cancelled. Any trips that have been scheduled and not cancelled prior to the train departure date, will be considered issued / printed. In this case, the Anywhere Anytime France™ will not be refundable.
Cancellation Policy
I used one trip, but will not be able to take the rest of the trips. How do I proceed?
Once a trip has been issued / printed, the Anywhere Anytime France™ is not refundable.
